This bright and airy little house is just a 5 minute walk from the beach, and ideally situated within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and all attractions Cleethorpes has to offer. With its own off-street parking space adjacent to the property, arrival by car at any time of the day or night is easy. It is close to bus routes and 15 minutes walk from Cleethorpes Station for those using public transport.

As a base for work, this property is around half an hour from the Port of Immingham and the Humber Bank industries, and 15 minutes drive from Grimsby Docks.

The space

Downstairs, this little house has an open plan living room and kitchen, with a back door onto a paved outside space with outdoor seating. This area is kept locked, but it should be noted that the neighbour has a right of access for the purpose of drying their laundry.

The living room has a sofa bed – accommodating up to two extra guests by prior arrangement, and a Smart TV – WiFi is included so you can log into your own entertainment accounts or cast onto it using your smartphone or laptop.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you should need, including a washing machine. There is an oven and electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle – tea and coffee are provided so just let me know if you’ve any preferences on the milk and biscuits!

Upstairs is one bedroom with a double bed, a skylight window and large built in wardrobes. A hairdryer is provided, and an iron and ironing board.

The bathroom is spacious, with another built in wardrobe and a shower over the bath. Towels are provided, and soap.

Guest Access

This is a little house entirely for guest use. The paved area adjacent to the property provides 3 parking spaces for this house and the two neighbouring houses, please keep to the left-most side when parking here.

There is a keysafe, enabling self check-in when required.
