This is a lovely Maisonette at the back of a seafront property, so despite having no sea view it does benefit from beautiful sunlight in the afternoon and early evening. Just yards from the promenades and beach, it is ideally situated within walking distance of the bars, restaurants and all attractions Cleethorpes has to offer. With its own secure off-street parking space, arrival by car at any time of the day or night is easy. It is on a bus route and 10 minutes walk from Cleethorpes Station for those using public transport.

As a base for work, this property is around half an hour from the Port of Immingham and the Humber Bank industries, and 15 minutes drive from Grimsby Docks.

The Space

The door opens into a small hallway, with a large cupboard/ cloakroom to the left under the stairs, and to the right an open plan kitchen living room.

The living room has a sofa bed – accommodating up to two extra guests by prior arrangement. There is a Smart TV – WiFi is included so you can log into your own entertainment accounts or cast onto it using your smartphone or laptop.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you should need, including a washer/dryer. There is an oven and induction hob, integrated fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle – tea and coffee are provided so just let me know if you’ve any preferences on the milk and biscuits!

Upstairs there is a landing with a large built in double wardrobe, one good sized bedroom with a double bed, a Smart TV, a chest of drawers and a dressing table. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom, with a shower cubicle. Towels, soap and a hairdryer are provided, and there is also an iron and ironing board.

Guest Access

The property as a whole is split into 4 separately owned apartments. The other residents use the front door on the Kingsway but access to this maisonette is strictly only from the back (Hope Street.)

The back entrance is gated, with a secure parking space inside, and the apartment has its own door – so no need to access the shared space within the building. One key gives guests access to the gate and the apartment. There is a keysafe, enabling self check-in when required.

Things to Note

For the security and peace of mind of the other residents, please close and lock the gates after each time you move your car in or out.

There is a washer dryer in the apartment, and a washing line for drying outside. Please use the washing line at the back, near the parking space in order to avoid inconveniencing the other residents of the property.
